Empowering Direct Care Professionals, Transforming Lives.

At 2Wanda Training Angel Network (2WTA), we believe that every individual has the right to thrive, regardless of their circumstances or level of need. While traditional narratives focus on limitations, we focus on ability awareness, potential, and empowerment.

We recognize that individuals may face challenges and barriers, but we focus on their strengths, potential, and opportunities for growth. At 2WTA, we believe that every person, regardless of their starting point, deserves the support, respect, and empowerment to thrive.

As a network advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), 2WTA trains and employs Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to champion ability awareness—ensuring that individuals receive support tailored to their unique strengths and aspirations. Whether the goal is greater independence, career growth, or community connection, we are committed to creating pathways to success for all.

2WTA is contracted with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to provide state-approved training, certifications, and workforce development programs for Direct Care Workers and the individuals we serve. Through this partnership, we equip DCWs with essential skills while ensuring that individuals receive high-quality, inclusive, and compassionate support.
