Towanda Carrigan is a dedicated care leader and founder of 2Wanda Training Angel Network (2WTA), an organization committed to elevating the standard of direct support through compassionate, hands-on education. With certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Towanda brings a wealth of frontline experience and clinical insight to her leadership.

Grounded in a deep understanding of behavioral health and person-centered care, she launched 2WTA to empower care professionals with the skills, empathy, and confidence needed to serve individuals across all settings. Her mission is rooted in inclusion, ability awareness, lifelines, and legacy—ensuring that every care professional is equipped not only to serve but to uplift and transform the lives they touch.

Kearie Carrigan

Director of Instruction, 2Wanda Training Angel Network | LPN, CCP

As Director of Instruction at 2Wanda Training Angel Network (2WTA), Kearie Carrigan leads with compassion, clinical insight, and a commitment to excellence. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Certified Childcare Provider (CCP), Kearie brings a unique blend of healthcare and childcare expertise to the design and delivery of our training programs.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care and emotional well-being, she ensures every course empowers care professionals with practical skills, confidence, and resilience.
